Prior to starting his own business, Gary spent 24 years with United
Parcel Service in a variety of roles including
human resources, operations and industrial engineering.

Gary and his staff at the Virtual HR Director can handle your strategic
and tactical HR projects, leadership development, coaching to improve
processes or profit, compliance and Creating a Culture of Diversity and
Inclusion.

Gary has a B.S. in Human Resource Management and an MBA from the
University of Maryland University College. He has served on several non-
profit boards, that include, HRCI, WorldatWork Compensation Advisory
Board, SHRM Atlanta and the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
