Dr. John E. Harvey, founder and President of DAH Consulting, Inc., has over 20 years of professional experience in consulting.

Dr. Harvey is a well-known consultant and researcher in the areas of health care policy, management, and financing; organizational analysis and development; strategic planning; financial management; and economic analysis. He has applied his multi-disciplinary skills in developing economic, financial, and other behavioral models to test various policy options for national and international governments. Dr. Harvey has been on the faculty of New York University, Wagner School of Public Service since 1991, and on the faculty of other major universities teaching health, economics, finance, statistics and business classes.

Prior to establishing the firm, Dr. Harvey worked as a consultant on projects for Federal agencies such as the Department of Commerce and Department of Interior, and with international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank. He was Deputy Administrator for Finance with the New York City Human Resources Administration, and was the Corporate Planning and Finance Officer for the Workers Bank of Trinidad and Tobago.
